Labor Warranties

We completely get it, things happen…

Plastics become soft or brittle. Steel rusts, weakens, and breaks away. Aluminum corrodes, becoming soft and fragile. Parts can be defective, and poor designs can cause inaccurate labor times or costly complications. Many shops will add parts or labor to the bill without even asking or offering explanation to make up the difference. Although we can’t help wear-and-tear from age and mileage on a vehicle, we can ensure that accidents or improper procedure will never cost you a dime with coverage through our labor warranty plans.

Included for free, as part of our service, our warranty plans protect you from unexpected costs, surprises, or hassle and give you assurance there won’t be added costs or pricing roulettes for occurrences that weren’t your fault. Service that you can rely on means that we’ve always got your back. So, if something happens and it’s our fault, then it’s our problem.

Just another way we ensure each experience is as hassle-free, cost-effective, and expeditious as possible.

Warranty Classifications

A table comparing vehicle warranty coverage levels based on mileage, conditions, and vehicle build year, with color coding for different levels.

For clarity, most modern vehicles will fall into the Level 2 categorization. If you do not meet the criteria for the 4th level and do not meet the criteria for 2nd level your vehicle is placed into the second tier. (For example, a 2023 vehicle with 105,000 miles will be categorized into the 2nd level of warranty).

Warranty Coverages

Just a few definitions and disclaimers…

  • Work performed includes all work and services rendered through the service, with the exception of work involving non-OE/, customer supplied, or aftermarket parts.

Since you will always receive our best efforts, we offer you the assurance that the job is done correctly—or the labor is free.

  • Covered minor components are defined as parts or damages that are subtle or less noticeable and have no effect on the functionality of the vehicle.

These may include items such as wiring harness connectors, plastic clips, broken bolts or nuts, cable/harness ties, scratches, blemishes, and similar minor components.

  • Major components are defined as parts or damages that are noticeable and/or affect the functionality of the vehicle.

These may include large covers, trims, brackets, fittings, reservoirs, hoses, caps and seals, sensors, dents, stains, and more.

  • An incomplete or ineffective diagnostic is characterized by the persistence of an issue without any improvement to the condition. We never attempt to solve a problem by randomly replacing parts. Instead, we perform comprehensive diagnostics to ensure that your issue is accurately identified and resolved—or your labor is free.*

  • Within Reason
We believe that a job done right should be completed correctly, with minimal impact, and designed to last. While most of our work is covered under our service guarantee, there are a few important exceptions to keep in mind.

    Exceptions
Damage caused by oil, coolant, or heat to hoses, fittings, or plastics is generally not covered, regardless of warranty level. These components naturally degrade over time, and conditions such as improper coolant dilution, excessive engine heat, or prolonged fluid exposure can accelerate wear or cause additional damage. If you are unsure about the correct coolant type or mixture for your vehicle, please ask us for more information.

Your cooperation during the service process is also important. Disregarding recommendations, omitting key details, refusing compliance, tampering, or involving third parties (other than authorized auto insurance providers) may affect coverage. In the rare event a diagnostic is incorrect, we accept responsibility; however, if options are provided to address a complication and a decision is made after being informed, that choice becomes the customer’s responsibility. Generally, you will not see this situation unless there are potentially multiple concerns to address about your vehicle and after being informed you elect to choose one route or another instead of having multiple repairs).

We also cannot assume responsibility for defective or customer-supplied parts, and warranty coverage may be limited or not apply when using these parts.

We reserve the right to limit or deny warranty in addition to exclusion of warranty for a particular service or vehicle. Otherwise, unless specifically stated, your coverage will be applied according to the policies outlined above.
