While we strive to offer 24/7 roadside assistance, we are a growing company and may not always be able to accommodate every request. For new customers, please text before calling so we can identify you in our system. Returning customers may call or text, and we will respond as soon as possible.

For safety reasons, we are generally unable to provide roadside assistance on major highways or roadways with posted speed limits above 55 MPH. Please dial 511 or visit 511GA for assistance on major highways.

We are currently available for roadside assistance throughout Statesboro, Ellabell, Bloomingdale, and Pooler. If you are located outside of these areas and need assistance, we still encourage you to reach out — if we’re able to help, we will!

We can assist with changing flat tires or inflating low tires. If you do not have a spare tire, please let us know before requesting roadside assistance. In some cases, we may be able to locate and bring a spare tire to you; however, a deposit may be required if we are obtaining or transporting a tire on your behalf.

If you become locked out of your vehicle, we can assist you in gaining access.

In some cases, we may ask you to present or verify information about the vehicle and its ownership before we can begin service. If the required ownership information is inside the locked vehicle and cannot be accessed, we may need to verify ownership through other means before returning keys or completing service.

While we offer a locked-in pricing structure for most lockout services, certain requests may be subject to deposits or additional fees based on location, time utilized, or consumable tools required.

If your vehicle has a dead or low battery, we’re here to help! In many situations, we may even be able to take you to a nearby provider so you can purchase a replacement battery if needed.

Please keep in mind that jumpstart services do not include vehicle diagnostics. If your vehicle is not starting due to a different mechanical issue, we are unable to troubleshoot or diagnose that problem as part of the jumpstart service. In the interest of fairness and integrity to all of our customers, jumpstarts are priced lower than our diagnostic services.

If your vehicle is stuck due to an issue that goes beyond typical roadside assistance, you can schedule a roadside diagnostic service and we’ll come to you to identify the problem and help get you back on the road as quickly, fairly, and efficiently as possible. Whether you’re experiencing overheating, no crank/no start conditions, loss of power, poor acceleration, or other mechanical concerns, we can provide on-site diagnostic support. In some cases, we may even be able to offer a same-day resolution or a ride home while you arrange repairs.

If you’re stranded and in need of essential vehicle fluids — such as coolant, engine oil, fuel, or similar — we can deliver them to your location to help get you back on the road.
