Most people, sooner or later, need a reliable mechanical service provider — and as many know, finding a good one can be difficult. Once someone finds a provider they can trust, they’re often hesitant to switch again. That’s why we welcome you to stay with us. When you use our services, we create an account for you, where we securely store your vehicle’s information along with a few basic details about you. We track your maintenance, appointments, discounts, preferences, and more to provide the most tailored and convenient experience every time.

Account types

Personal accounts are automatically created for each customer. Once you provide your information after receiving a quote, we securely store it in our system and generate a unique account number (“Account Pro”) to identify your profile.
This ensures that all of your sensitive and personal information remains secure, up-to-date, and easily accessible to our team when needed.
Your personal account also allows us to track your preferences, service history, appointments, maintenance intervals, and available discounts. This helps streamline communication, reduce repetitive questions, and provide you with faster, more accurate service.

Capecos Select is our way of giving back to our most loyal, supportive, and courteous customers. The program was created through our trials of growth and the lessons that shaped our business into what it is today. Although that journey was challenging—and at times costly—it taught us to truly recognize and appreciate the customers who consistently communicated well, brought us their business, and showed patience, trust, and respect throughout their time with us. Each month, we extend Select status to a small number of these outstanding individuals, granting them greater convenience, added savings, expanded opportunities, and the elevated priority we believe they have genuinely earned.
While nearly everyone is eligible to become a Select member, we remain highly selective about who we invite. Select status is offered based on qualities that contribute to positive and mutually respectful interactions—such as personality, conduct, situation, communication, and consistency. Our considerations are never based on monetary factors, background, ethnicity, religion, any form of advantage, or quid pro quo. Instead, the program exists to fairly recognize the customers who help us uphold the quality, integrity, and community spirit that Capecos stands for.
It is also important to note that we do not publish or offer any specific criteria for how or whom we select. Anyone claiming to guarantee, sell, or otherwise offer Select status is acting falsely and without our authorization, when you are selected for our select program, we will let you know directly!

Our commercial accounts provide valuable savings and support for businesses that rely on larger fleets. These accounts are available to customers who manage five or more vehicles. They offer significantly reduced diagnostic costs—often half the usual rate or more, reduced labor and packages rates, and include priority mobile services for field emergencies or break-downs. Commercial accounts are our way of helping local businesses maintain efficiency, reduce downtime, and manage ongoing repair and maintenance expenses more predictably.

Partner Accounts are designed for customers who use vehicles for business purposes or operate multiple pieces of equipment for business purposes. Eligible participants include those who own a business or use a vehicle for business purposes, frequently promote our business, refer customers, or have at least two vehicles or pieces of equipment requiring service. Partner Accounts provide valuable benefits such as reduced labor costs, discounted package rates, and priority scheduling, making it easier and more cost-effective to maintain vehicles and equipment. This program is our way of supporting local businesses and trusted partners while ensuring consistent, reliable service.

We are a high-demand service, and we aim to operate as efficiently as possible while remaining fair and thorough for all of our customers. This means that the same standard of courteous, respectful, professional, and accountable behavior we hold ourselves to is also expected from our customers. Actions, behaviors, or communications that consistently fall short of these expectations can disrupt our operations and affect the speed, quality, and overall experience we strive to provide. In the best interest of our customers and our business, we will suspend accounts that repeatedly, intentionally, or exceedingly create such disruptions.
While we do our best to be understanding of frustration, misunderstandings, and unexpected issues… we prioritize the best for all over the best for some. We take suspensions and denial of service very seriously; they are rarely imposed and never without clear cause or supporting evidence. In certain cases, you may not be notified directly—especially when a customer elects to be hostile or intractable.
Examples of violations include discourteous or disrespectful behavior, repeated failure to meet scheduled timelines, threats or intimidation of any kind—including defamatory statements—and creating unsafe or unsanitary conditions for our staff.
Referrals
After your referral completes their first service, you both will receive credits for up to 10% off your next service and 50% off your next diagnosis.
To make a referral, simply ensure that your referral gives us your name or enters your name into our customer information form (received after or during the quoting process). We’ll take care of the rest!
Personal Accounts
After your referral completes their first service, you both will receive 25% off your next service, and your choice of one completely free diagnosis or three 50%-off diagnostic services.
Commercial/Partner to Commercial/Partner
After your referral completes their first service, you’ll have the option to receive an additional 10% off your next service or a free diagnostic. Your referral will also receive up to 10% off their next service and 50% off their next diagnosis.
Commercial/Partner to Personal Account
To make a referral, please provide your referral with your account holder’s name (first and last, or title and last) and the company name you have provided us. Then, just let us know they’re coming (first and last). We’ll verify the information and take care of the rest!
