To help you, we’ve designed five different packages at four levels of intensity and focus. These packages will allow you the greatest savings and the most ease of mind while maintaining your vehicle!

Are you wondering how our labor warranties work with our packages?
Warranties for packages will apply just as they would for general repairs, the only exceptions to this are if we state otherwise, or you are asking us to install upgraded, after-market, or non-OE parts.
We always have your back and if something’s not right we’ll do our best to fix it for you!
Specific Packages

Specific packages combine sets of related tasks into one streamlined job. Like our standard packages, they help reduce costs and improve efficiency, but they also provide a more customized option based on your specific needs. These tailored packages can be used for aftermarket installations as well, giving you added flexibility.
To request a specific package, simply complete the package request form just as you would for our pre-designed packages and include the details of the work you’d like done. You may also provide estimated pricing, timelines, and preferred parts to help us better understand your expectations.
Please note, however, that these details are not guaranteed and must appear in your written quote to be considered valid or honored.

Specific packages must meet defined standards related to service time, complexity, and how closely tasks relate to one another. While these guidelines can sometimes be difficult to interpret, we’re here to help!
In general, you only need to consider the amount of work you are requesting, how long that work will take, and whether the tasks are connected.
Requests that are too large in scope or that combine unrelated areas of work cannot be included in a single specific package.
For example, asking for an entire suspension system to be redone would exceed the limits of a specific package. Similarly, combining air conditioning repairs with suspension work would not qualify, as these systems are unrelated and require different setup, tools, equipment, and expertise.
In these cases, traditional work orders or separate bookings are the best approach.

Nope! We’ll save you the effort, if you would like to make minor alterations to any of our pre-designed packages then just request the package that suits and let us know what you’d like to change.
Our pre-designed packages can be trimmed or expanded to reflect most minor changes and accommodations you might request. Large changes may affect pricing or require a specific package. We will always let you know ahead of time!
What does the service process look like for packages?
The process is simple and designed to be as hassle-free as possible. Just 5 easy steps, and we’ve got your back every step of the way. Request your package, and we’ll walk you through the rest!
First, you’ll take a look through the options! Find the service you need and make a request for a service package!
We’ll confirm some details and schedule you in for an inspection.
After you’ve placed your deposit and the vehicle is inspected, we’ll share our findings with you.
Making sure that you get exactly what you need, and nothing that you don’t.
Next, you’ll finalize your package choice, schedule your service, and pay for your any parts that aren’t covered by your deposit.
We’ll order parts and set up for you to ensure a smooth and easy service.
Finally, you’ll swing by, tow-in, or drop off your vehicle for service. We’ll make your repairs and let you know when they’re complete.
We’ll finalize your paperwork, and the rest is history.
You’ll collect your vehicle and any inspection waivers (if applicable), receive a summary of the services rendered.
We’ll go over any questions you might have and you’re done and ready to go!
